We are looking for an experienced Aloha NCR POS Developer / Technical Specialist with strong expertise in NCR Aloha POS and hospitality/restaurant technology. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in POS configuration, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, database operations, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, customize, and support NCR Aloha POS environments.
Develop and maintain integrations between Aloha POS and external systems such as payment gateways, loyalty platforms, ordering systems, kitchen systems, inventory, ERP, and third-party applications.
Understand restaurant workflows including menu management, pricing, taxes, discounts, promotions, tenders, payments, orders, employees, shifts, and reporting.
Troubleshoot POS application, configuration, database, integration, and deployment issues.
Analyze logs, transactions, database records, and system behavior to identify and resolve production issues.
Work with APIs, web services, middleware, and other integration mechanisms used with POS platforms.




Perform database queries and troubleshooting using SQL Server / SQL.
Support POS installations, upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and production deployments.
Work with QA and development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
Participate in client discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide L2/L3 technical support and resolve critical production issues within agreed SLAs.
Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and deployment documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Project Management, QA, DevOps, and Client Support.
Ensure POS solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and aligned with restaurant operational requirements.
