Role Description
The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for jewellery insurance services, driving current business acquisition and managing key client accounts in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role includes identifying prospects, conducting consultations, presenting insurance solutions, and negotiating terms to close deals.



The person in this role will develop and execute sales strategies, monitor pipelines, and prepare regular performance reports for leadership. They will collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and high-quality client service. The Senior Sales Manager will also mentor junior sales staff, support training initiatives, and represent the consultancy at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management, ideally in insurance, financial services, or luxury/jewellery sectors.
Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, client-friendly language.
Proficiency in sales planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
