Skills And Competencies





3-7 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, Consulting, or related functions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
Experience working with customer relationship management or customer success platforms and supporting business system enhancements
Proven ability to leverage data, reporting, and insights to drive operational improvements and business decision-making
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams
Desired: Experience with Generative AI, workflow automation, dashboard development, or operational transformation initiatives

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Analytics, or a related field
