Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Social Media Content Creator will manage the company’s social media presence by creating original content, developing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Responsibilities include generating creative content ideas, producing engaging posts across multiple platforms, conducting market trends research,



and collaborating with the marketing team to align messaging. The role also involves engaging with the audience, building brand awareness, and driving online community growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, Copywriting, and Creative Writing
Knowledge of Content Strategy Development and Social Media Campaigns
Familiarity with Social Media Analytics and Performance Metrics
Experience with Graphic Design and Tools for Visual Content Creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Storytelling Skills
Ability to adapt to evolving trends and manage multiple projects efficiently
Understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms
Experience in brand building or online community engagement is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
