About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Generalist who wants to build their career in a fast-growing, AI-native startup.
You’ll work across the employee lifecycle — onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, documentation, people processes, recruitment support, and HR data — while helping us build scalable People practices as ShopOS grows.
This is not a coordination-only HR role. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
You’ll also be expected to use AI and automation to make everyday HR processes faster, smarter,



and more scalable.

What You’ll Own
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage employee documentation, records, HRMS, and people data.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, probation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Support attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and other recurring HR operations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR trackers.
Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, templates, and HR workflows.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, celebrations, and internal events.
Act as an approachable first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries.
Collect employee feedback and help identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
Support internal communication and People initiatives across teams.
