Role Description The Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across search, social, and other digital channels to drive qualified leads for AI-powered sales automation solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid media budgets, conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, tracking campaign performance, and generating data-driven insights and reports. The role also involves collaborating with content, product, and sales teams to align messaging, improve landing page performance, and enhance conversion rates. The specialist will continuously test and refine campaigns, monitor competitor activity, and suggest current performance and SEO initiatives to support business growth.
