Hiring: SAP TM Consultant | SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a leading organization in the Power Generation Equipment – Sales, Rental & Service industry.

? Key Requirements
6–10 years of overall SAP consulting experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP TM implementation/support experience.
At least one end-to-end SAP TM implementation integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
Robust experience in:
SAP Transportation Management (TM)
Freight Order Management
Transportation Planning & Execution
Carrier Selection
Freight Settlement
Charge Management
Route Optimization
Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight management and logistics execution.
Experience integrating SAP TM with:
SAP S/4HANA
Embedded EWM
SAP SD & MM




Third-party logistics/external systems
Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Fiori, APIs, IDocs and Web Services.
Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
Experience with SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation and communication skills.
SAP TM Certification is preferred.
SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain certification is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.

Lead SAP TM implementation and configuration activities.
Conduct business workshops and gather transportation/logistics requirements.
Design and implement end-to-end transportation planning and execution processes.
Configure Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Selection, Freight Settlement and Charge Management.
Support inbound and outbound logistics for equipment, spare parts and service oper
