ServiceNow Integration Developer
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, and Scripted REST APIs.
Build integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
Implement secure authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0,



API Keys, and mTLS.
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve API and integration issues.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman and ServiceNow REST API Explorer.
Create and maintain technical documentation, data mappings, and integration designs.
Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and external system teams.
Monitor and optimize API performance, reliability, and scalability.
Support platform upgrades and ensure integration compatibility.
Required skills:
ServiceNow development experience.
REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML.
JavaScript proficiency.
IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server.
API security and authentication concepts.
