Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Manager – Supply Chain Operations to lead and manage end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations across warehousing, transportation, distribution, inventory management, 3PL operations, and customer service.

The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of strong experience in supply chain operations, with significant exposure to 3PL and third-party contract logistics environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale operations, multiple warehouses/DCs, logistics partners, manpower, transportation networks, service providers, Region P&L; , and customer relationships.

The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on operational leadership, with the ability to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, process improvement, service-level adherence, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

The candidate will be expected to build and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, transporters, 3PL partners, vendors,



and other external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Supply Chain Operations
Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations covering warehousing & Transportation .
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business requirements, customer expectations, and company objectives.
Monitor operational performance across warehouses, distribution centers, transport operations.
Ensure achievement of agreed SLA, KPI, OTIF, productivity, quality, cost, and customer service targets.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Establish standardized operating processes across locations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space, manpower, material handling equipment, and infrastructure.
