Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Information Technology for managing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Candidates should possess Network Security skills to implement and monitor security policies, protect data, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide effective technical support, communicate clearly with users, and document solutions.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field are preferred.
Experience with Windows/Linux environments, basic server management, and routine backup and recovery procedures is beneficial.
