The Campaign team is the end-to-end expert in orchestrating and activating personalized customer and prospect connection journeys, anytime and anywhere. The role of Manager in Campaign at Epsilon exists to ensure the seamless and high-quality delivery of digital campaign and web strategy projects, across multiple client accounts. The purpose of this role is to support key client account teams, provide strategic support to Account delivery leaders, and drive business growth and revenue targets through compelling digital solutions.
Responsibilities include managing project progress and delivery quality, resolving issues, ensuring process alignment and quality of service,



forecasting resource availability management and collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.

The Manager role within the Marketing Platform ( AJO,AEP, ACC) team is pivotal in driving client value through the implementation of marketing platforms for driving campaigns.
Understanding business requirements and working with architect on technical solution
Develops relationships with senior business partners and ensures appropriate level of engagement.
Ensures client's partner objectives are aligned with the proposed business solution being offered by Epsilon.
