Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram, with a salary up to 4.5 LPA.



The Sales Executive will engage with potential customers, understand their property and financial requirements, and provide suitable solutions across Square Yards’ offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations, managing site visits, negotiating terms, and closing sales transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer journey. The Sales Executive will work towards individual and team sales targets while delivering a skilled, customer-focused experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in handling inquiries, follow-ups, and post-sales support.
