About Business Line/Function

TA and HFS IS team serves as an entry point for the investor in order to onboard with BNP Paribas as part of Fund Administration Service provider

Complexity: This team dels with both Dealing and Registration processes and execute the transactions in the system as per client instructions.

Stakeholder reach: This team supports both individual and institutional investors investing across Mutual Funds and Hedge Funds

Geographic footprint of the Support & Administration teams: India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Luxembourg and Ireland – ensuring coverage for any time‑zone.

TA and HFS IS team process high value financial transactions for most of the strategic clients of the bank with utmost quality and timeliness on deliverables

Position Purpose

We are looking for an AVP (Individual Contributor) based in Chennai who will:

Be responsible for processing Subscription, Redemptions, Switch & Transfer for Mutual funds and Hedge Funds, where Asian clients are investing in them.
To Manage the end to end process and be the first point of contact for all process related queries/escalations and be able to lead all projects from the front starting from intitation to implementation
Create a positive, energizing dynamic within the team.
Bring a fresh, out‑of‑the‑box perspective to the process transformation.
Maintain and/or build relationships with all
