As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a vital role in our organization's
customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with
customers seeking home and personal loans, providing them with the necessary
information and support. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a
positive and productive customer experience. Your role will involve setting up
meetings with our Mahindra field team to facilitate document collection, thus
contributing to a seamless loan process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking home and personal
loans, providing timely and accurate information.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings with the Mahindra field team for document
collection, ensuring a smooth process.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing
inquiries and concerns.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive
brand image.
* Stay updated with loan products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate
advice to customers.




* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, offering effective solutions and
ensuring a high level of service.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless loan application and
approval process.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document collection
activities.
* Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer trends and
preferences.
* Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to enhance
the overall customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
engage and build rapport with customers.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks
and customer interactions.
