? Role: Finance Administrator
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Finance Administrator to manage daily financial operations and support overall financial planning. The role involves handling invoices, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
? Key Responsibilities
Process customer and vendor invoices
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Monitor expenses and support budgeting & forecasting
Prepare periodic financial reports for management
Handle bank, vendor, customer, GST & TDS reconciliations




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Coordinate with operations, sales, logistics, and external partners
Support internal and external audits
Manage GST & TDS filings and related documentation
Work efficiently on accounting software systems
? Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Solid knowledge of GST & TDS filing
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain finance preferred
Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks etc.)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a structured, deadline‑driven environment
