About This Role

We're looking for an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to build and execute account-based marketing programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue.

This role will focus on identifying, prioritising, and engaging high-value target accounts through personalised, multi-channel campaigns. You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to turn account engagement into qualified opportunities and measurable business outcomes.

You'll bring structure to how we identify and engage key accounts, use data and intent signals to prioritise efforts, and continuously optimise programs based on performance.

What You'll Do

ABM Strategy & Planning

Support the development and execution of ABM programs aligned with ICP, target-account lists, and sales priorities.
Define and refine account segmentation and prioritisation in partnership with Sales and RevOps.
Develop account-level messaging frameworks and campaign strategies across different funnel stages.
Execute structured ABM plays across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many account tiers.




Research target accounts, business triggers, industry trends, and key pain points to identify relevant engagement opportunities.
Map key stakeholders and buying committees within target accounts and tailor engagement strategies by persona.

Campaign Execution

Build and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, content, events, webinars, and other relevant channels.
Develop personalised campaigns and messaging based on account characteristics, business priorities, and engagement signals.
Coordinate with content and creative teams to develop relevant assets for target accounts.
Manage campaign timelines, execution, coordination, and quality across ABM programs.
Continuously test and optimise messaging, channels, audiences, and campaign approaches.

Sales Alignment

Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to align on target accounts, account priorities, engagement signals, and handoff
