Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at GEM Hospital’s Sholinganallur location. The individual will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote the hospital’s services, specialties,



and brand, including digital campaigns, outreach clinics, and referral programs, International business.Daily responsibilities include managing marketing calendars, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, overseeing content and collateral development, and tracking campaign performance. The role involves organizing events and patient education programs, managing relationships with external agencies and partners, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Marketing Manager will also analyze market trends, patient feedback, and competitor activities to recommend data-driven improvements to marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

Robust skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
Experience with digital marketing channels, social media management, and basic analytics tools.
