The Role

This is a leadership role for someone who can own the paid media and ABM motion end-to-end — strategy, execution quality, client relationships and outcomes. You'll be the strategic lead on a book of high-value SaaS accounts, orchestrating full-funnel LinkedIn and ABM programs alongside search and paid social,



while raising the delivery bar for the specialists around you.

This is not a run-the-playbook role. You'll build the playbook, improve it with AI, and own pipeline and retention across your accounts.

What You'll Own

Strategy & ABM Orchestration

Full-funnel strategy: own the paid media + ABM plan for each account — channel mix across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, and emerging channels, mapped to pipeline and revenue goals.
ABM motions: build and validate ICP account lists (Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, intent signals) and design 1:1, 1:Few and 1:Many programs tied to funnel stage and sales handover criteria.
Warm-then-outreach: coordinate paid media with outbound / SDR sequences so target accounts are engaged before sales touches them; define multi-touch attribution across paid and outbound.
