Role Overview
We're looking for a target-driven BDE with 3–4 years of B2B sales/cold-calling experience to generate leads, prospect current clients, and convert them into meetings and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research B2B prospects; build targeted lead lists
Make high-volume cold calls; pitch UWS services (web design, SEO, PPC, social media, app dev, branding)




Qualify leads based on need, budget and buying intent
Schedule and follow up on sales meetings
Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline accuracy
Nurture and re-engage inactive leads
Collaborate with sales, marketing and design teams
Key Performance Indicators
Outbound calls, leads generated, qualified leads, meetings scheduled, conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue contribution.

Required Skills
3–4 years in B2B sales/tele-sales/lead generation
Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
CRM tool experience preferred
Prior experience selling website/digital marketing/IT/SaaS services is a plus

Compensation
₹5–7 LPA, based on experience, sales background and interview performance.
