Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Representative will identify and qualify leads, manage inside sales activities, and maintain a steady pipeline of prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves understanding startup needs,



presenting Rigzen’s services clearly, and guiding potential clients through offerings related to certifications, funding, and compliance. The representative will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and achieve sales and business development targets. Regular reporting, market research, and relationship-building with startup founders and stakeholders are core parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience creating and managing a sales pipeline.
Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including chance qualification and closing deals.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Familiarity with startup ecosystems, funding processes, and basic legal/compliance concepts is highly beneficial.
