Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales & CRM Intern (0–3 years of experience) to join our growing Sales & Operations team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, engaging with inbound leads, understanding requirements, qualifying prospective clients, and scheduling product demonstrations for our sales team.





This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a robust foundation in B2B SaaS sales, CRM operations, and the fast-growing renewable energy tech industry.

Key Responsibilities
Contact inbound leads generated through website inquiries, marketing campaigns, referrals, and social media channels.
Qualify prospective clients by assessing their business model, software requirements, and team size.
Schedule live product demonstrations and execute proactive follow-ups with leads via phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn and different channels.
Build rapport with prospects and handle initial inquiries professionally to maintain sales momentum.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and accurate lead pipeline statuses within the CRM.
Log detailed activity notes, call logs, and scheduled follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth account handoffs.
