TIG Pipe Welder / Fabricator - Plant Maintenance

S-CCI India Pvt. Ltd. requires an experienced TIG Pipe Welder/Fabricator for its manufacturing facility at Chopanki/Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. The factory has extensive process piping, tanks, pumps and production equipment and requires an experienced in-house person for piping and general plant fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
• TIG welding of stainless-steel process piping
• MS welding and general plant fabrication
• Pipe cutting, preparation, fit-up and installation
• Modification and repair of existing process pipelines
• Fabrication of equipment supports, brackets, guards, frames and platforms
• Working with valves, flanges, bends, reducers and other pipe fittings
• Supporting installation and relocation of pumps, tanks and other equipment
• Emergency repair of leaking or damaged piping
• Maintaining clean, reliable welds suitable for process applications
Candidate Profile
• ITI/Welding trade qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial experience
• Robust TIG welding skills, particularly stainless-steel piping
• Should understand pipe fitting and fabrication, not merely welding
• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings and take site measurements
• Experience in process, chemical, food, beverage, lubricant or similar factories preferred
A practical welding test will form part of the selection process.
