What You’ll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing and tracking payments from brokers and clients in the U.S. freight industry. You’ll play a key role in ensuring cash flow and financial accuracy for our clients.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing and monitoring daily receivables and collections from brokers
Verifying submitted documents like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs
Following up via email/phone to ensure timely payments
Reconciling payments and updating ERP/factoring systems
Resolving short payments, discrepancies, or document mismatches
Coordinating with U.S. clients and internal operations teams
Maintaining AR reports, aging summaries, and broker communication logs
Assisting with audits and monthly closing reports
