B2B Outbound & GTM Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on B2B Outbound & GTM Specialist to build and manage our outbound growth engine.
You will be responsible for taking our outbound process from:
Prospect Identification → Data Building → Outreach → Qualified Replies → Meetings
We primarily target U.S. law firms, so experience with the U.S. B2B market is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
Build targeted prospect databases from scratch
Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers
Define and segment ICPs by industry, company size, geography and relevant signals
Use tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay or similar platforms
Enrich, verify and maintain prospect data
Build and manage cold email and LinkedIn campaigns
Create personalized outreach sequences for different ICP segments
A/B test messaging, subject lines, offers and targeting
Manage email domains, inboxes and basic deliverability
Monitor replies,



positive responses, meetings and campaign performance
Maintain CRM and prospect data
Work closely with sales to ensure qualified leads are followed up quickly
Continuously improve the outbound process and identify opportunities for automation
AI & Automation
We want someone who is comfortable using AI and automation to make outbound more effective and scalable.
You will use AI tools for:
Prospect and company research
Lead qualification and scoring
Personalization
Data analysis
Campaign optimization
Content and messaging experimentation
You may also work with tools such as:
ChatGPT / Claude | Clay | n8n / Make | Apollo | Smartlead / Instantly | HubSpot / Salesforce
The goal is to build workflows such as:
Lead Research → Enrichment → AI Personalization → Outreach → Reply Classification → CRM → Sales Notification
You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you should be curious about technology and willing to exper
