Role Description The Regional Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, India, responsible for leading regional operations and driving business growth in the microinsurance market. This role involves managing and supporting field teams, overseeing partner relationships,



and ensuring effective distribution of MicroNsure’s products and services. The Regional Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze regional data, and implement strategic initiatives to meet targets and enhance financial inclusion. Daily activities include coordinating with internal departments, conducting training and performance reviews, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires identifying new opportunities, strengthening local networks, and representing MicroNsure in regional stakeholder meetings and industry events.
