HR Recruiter – Education / School

Location: Thane, Maharashtra | Full-Time | On-site
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our education team in Thane. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff for our school and education institute.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions
Hire Teachers, Coordinators, Academic Staff, Admin, Front Office, HR, and Support Staff
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate interviews, demo classes, feedback, and candidate follow-ups
Manage offer discussions and drive candidate closure and joining
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified teaching and non-teaching candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports




Work closely with school leadership and department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of recruitment experience
Mandatory: Experience in education/school recruitment
Hands-on experience hiring teaching and non-teaching staff
Solid sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate closure skills
Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Candidates based in Thane/Mumbai or nearby areas
Experience recruiting for schools, colleges, EdTech, or education institutions
Strong teacher recruitment network and candidate database
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period
