The Rebate & Incentive Specialist is responsible for researching and monitoring rebate, incentive, and funding programs across federal, state, utility, and local agencies. The role maintains accurate program information, evaluates product and equipment eligibility, supports Sales with applicable incentive opportunities, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure rebate requirements and updates are properly managed.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 5:30 PM till 1:30 AM IST.
Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

Key Responsibilities

Research and monitor rebate, incentive, and funding programs across federal, state,



utility, and local agencies.
Maintain and update the rebate database, ensuring program details, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and documentation remain accurate and current.
Review equipment and product eligibility for applicable rebate and incentive programs.
Monitor program updates, funding availability, and policy changes, and communicate relevant information to internal teams.
Support the Sales team by identifying applicable rebates and incentives for customer opportunities.
Respond to internal inquiries regarding program eligibility, application requirements, and guidelines.
Assist in developing and improving standardized processes for rebate research and documentation.
Communicate with utilities, program administrators, and other external stakeholders as needed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Energy Management, Environmental
