We're looking for a design-first creative leader who can shape the next generation of Nurturing Green products and create collections that customers love.

Role Overview
We're looking for a design-first Creative Lead to shape the next generation of Nurturing Green products. Working directly with the Founder, you will shape our creative vision, build creative product collections across plants and non-plant categories, and lead a small in-house design team from concept to launch. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment, enjoys building from first principles,



and wants to create products that reach millions of customers across Retail, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and Modern Trade.

Key Responsibilities
Product Design & Development
• Lead the creative journey from inspiration to market-ready products by translating trends, founder ideas, and consumer insights into compelling mood boards, collection stories, and innovative product concepts.
• Design cohesive product collections across plants, planters, home décor, gifting, and lifestyle categories that strengthen the Nurturing Green brand identity.
• Develop concepts, sketches, specifications, prototypes, and samples while ensuring exceptional aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to refine materials, finishes, packaging, and production details without compromising design intent.
