About the Role
As a CDM, you will be responsible for driving demand, revenue, and overall performance across your assigned categories/sub-categories.
You will work at the intersection of Category, Revenue, Marketing, Product, Buying, Supply Chain, and Tech to identify growth opportunities, improve customer demand, optimize assortment and promotions, and deliver category-level business targets.
This role requires someone who is highly analytical, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a rapid-paced environment with significant ownership.

What you'll do:

Revenue & Performance Management
Drive daily, monthly and quarterly revenue targets for your assigned sub-categories. Monitor and improve key metrics including GMV, conversion rates etc
Execute strategies to acquire new customers and improve repeat purchase rates. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends.
Design and implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers. Manage budgets effectively to balance growth with profitability targets.
Ensure product listings are complete, accurate,



and visually appealing. Work with brands and internal teams to improve content quality and product representation.
Analyze customer demand patterns and competitor offerings to recommend optimal product mix. Identify gaps in the assortment and work with sourcing teams to fill them.
Support the execution of major sale events and festivals. Manage category-specific activations, themed collections, and landing page curation.
Partner with the marketing team to plan campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media activations. Provide category insights to shape messaging and creative direction.
Work with the product team to improve search relevance, filters, and product recommendations for your category.
Coordinate with Buying, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech teams to resolve operational issues and implement new features.
