Overview
The Corporate Action Associate is responsible for delivering accurate, timely,
and end to end processing of corporate actions and dividend events across APAC
and EMEA markets. The role ensures effective management of both mandatory and
voluntary corporate actions and Dividends adherence to market regulations, and
strict compliance with internal controls, documented procedures, and service
level agreements. The incumbent coordinates closely with internal teams,
custodians, and external counterparties to ensure seamless event lifecycle
management.

delivery of Corporate Action and Dividend services aligned with market
deadlines, service levels, and client expectations.

Operational Management
* Execute Dividends and Corporate Action events with accuracy, ensuring
alignment with market announcements, client instructions, and internal
procedures.
* Capture, validate, and process elections, entitlements, and settlements
within required timelines and control standards.
* Coordinate with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve
breaks, discrepancies, and information gaps efficiently.
* Deliver all activities within defined SLAs, market cut offs, and regulatory
deadlines to maintain service excellence.
