We are seeking a results-driven Education Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners. You will identify high-quality leads, conduct strategic outreach, and guide students through our program offerings to drive enrollments.
This is a 100% work-from-home (WFH) position that requires high self-motivation, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record in the educational domain.

? Salary Package: ₹2.0 to ₹4.0 Lakh Per Annum (LPA)

? Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in Education Sales or as a Business Development Executive (BDE)

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and connect with potential learners via phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer career goals and recommend suitable training programs that match their needs.




Enrollment Management: Guide prospects seamlessly through program details, curriculum benefits, and the final enrollment process.
CRM Tracking: Maintain precise, real-time records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline stages in CRM software.
Conversion & Retention: Execute structured follow-up campaigns to maximize lead-to-student conversion and support long-term student retention.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the training and academic teams to align product offerings with current market demand.
Market Insights: Gather continuous feedback from learners and clients to help the marketing team improve sales materials and active campaigns.
