Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring recent retail partners, distributors, and channel relationships,



while strengthening and expanding existing accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and mapping target markets, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting client meetings and presentations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product, and operations to align offerings with market needs and ensure smooth onboarding of partners. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide market feedback to support strategic decision-making and growth.
Qualifications
Robust business development, sales, and account management skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management, preferably within home furnishings, textiles, or consumer products.
Excellent communication, negotiation
