Client Solutions Manager – Zoho
Location: Remote – India
Working Hours: Must overlap with North American business hours
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹9–12 LPA fixed + performance incentives
Commission: Approx. 2% of project value on clients personally closed
Potential Earnings: ₹11–16 LPA+
About the Role
Akaris Labs is looking for a highly capable, self-driven Client Solutions Manager – Zoho to join us as Employee #1 and help build our Zoho consulting practice from the ground up.
You will own the complete client journey:
Introductory Call → Discovery → Solution Design → Closing → Implementation → QA → Training → Handover → Client Satisfaction
Initially, this will be a hands-on role. You will personally implement Zoho solutions, supported where required by independent consultants and specialists.
As Akaris Labs grows, your role will progressively shift toward managing implementation teams, overseeing project delivery, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring quality, rather than performing every configuration yourself.
You will also support Akaris Labs in creating educational Zoho content for YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Discovery
Conduct introductory and discovery calls with prospective clients.
Understand the client's business, workflows, problems and objectives.
Ask detailed questions to uncover actual requirements.
Recommend appropriate solutions using the Zoho ecosystem.
Conduct solution demonstrations where required.
Handle scope, solution-fit and pricing discussions.
Follow up with qualified prospects.
Help convert opportunities into signed, paying clients.
This is a consultative role. We value trust, understanding and problem-solving over aggressive selling.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Conduct structured discovery sessions.
Map business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Translate requirements into transparent Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
