Role Description
The Child Development Specialist is a full time, remote role suited to an early-career professional who is a quick learner and can join immediately.



The specialist supports children with neurodevelopmental differences and their families — conducting developmental assessments, creating individualized care plans, and guiding strategies for cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clinical and therapeutic team members, delivering parent education sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting interventions based on ongoing observations and feedback. The specialist will engage families via virtual sessions, provide practical recommendations for home and school environments, and contribute to multidisciplinary case discussions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that also involves maintaining accurate records, following evidence-informed practices, and actively upskilling through continuous training under senior clinical guidance.
