Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales Management

Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Qualify inbound leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with our solutions.
Effectively handle initial product/service consultations and product demonstrations.
Nurture relationships with prospective customers and manage the sales pipeline.
Convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities, ensuring all potential is maximized.

End-to-End Sales Cycle Management

Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification through to closing, includin negotiations and contract management.
Develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of the client.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and long-term satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the business.
Market Knowledge & Strategy




Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics across APAC, US, and Europe regions.
Work closely with the regional sales and marketing teams to tailor sales strategies for each market.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and conversion rates.
Utilize analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the sales approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

MBA/ PGDBM (Mandatory)
Technical Background (BE/BTech or equivalent)

Experience:

1 to 4 years of experience in inbound sales, ideally with a background in a B2B workplace.
Experience working with international markets, particularly in APAC, US, and Eu
