Role Description As a Customer Service Intern at CosmoQuick, you will support users of the platform by responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone. You will assist with troubleshooting basic account and platform issues, guiding customers through features and helping them complete key steps in the hiring process. The internship involves documenting customer interactions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, and contributing feedback to improve the overall customer experience.



You will collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely, accurate, and empathetic communication with both employers and job seekers. This is a remote internship role, offering flexible learning opportunities and exposure to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with an interest in helping users resolve issues effectively.
Awareness of Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction principles, with a focus on building positive relationships.
