Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Delhi, India. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients’ functional abilities, daily living skills, and work-related performance,



and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. The role involves delivering therapeutic interventions, recommending assistive devices or environmental modifications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation goals. The Occupational Therapist will document assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes, while educating clients, families, and caregivers on techniques to improve independence and quality of life. The role may also include pediatric and adult caseloads, requiring flexibility in approach and coordination with medical and allied health professionals.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Occupational Therapy, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation plans.
Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles to collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
