Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Raipur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for cables and wires products, including developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities in B to B segment. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities.



The role will collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries, quality standards, and profitable growth. The Sales Manager will also lead and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, and support training and development activities.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in B2B or industrial product sales (Cables and wires industries preferred).
Proficiency in relationship management, negotiation, and contract management to build long-term, profitable customer partnerships.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and presentations.
Experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching to guide a sales team toward achieving targets.
Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and basic financial concepts relevant to sales a
