Role Description The Relationship Manager role at PBPartners is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless insurance experience. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer insurance needs, explaining product features and benefits,



assisting with policy selection and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries and issues. The Relationship Manager will track customer interactions, follow up on leads, support renewals and cross-selling opportunities, and help improve service quality through feedback and proactive communication. This position also involves adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies while promoting PBPartners’ values and customer-first approach.
Qualifications
Solid customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
Basic understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and financial services, or willingness to learn quickly.
