Position: Manager Fund Raising (NGO Sector)

Reporting Head: Zarna Jain (Director)

Work Experience: Minimum 6yrs in Development Sector

Salary: Based on Industry standards and work experience

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a Fundraising strategy that will ensure growth and sustainability of the organization.
2. Tap into existing networks of donors, and build new networks to increase Happy Feet Home’s visibility amongst philanthropists, corporates, trusts and foundations; identify & develop new donors and maximize fundraising opportunities.
3. Identify and implement cutting-edge fundraising strategies.
4. Raise INR 2-3 crore per year.
5. Manage all funder relationships independently and manage funder reporting.




6. Undertake research and be aware of trends in palliative care in India.
7. Be familiar with fund raising for CSRs
8. Be familiar with crowd-sourcing
9. Be aware of the overall landscape in terms of grants
Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDBM/MS
Desired Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
2. Numerical proficiency and a flair for budgets.
3. Meticulousness and organising efficiency
