Key Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers across the U.S. senior-care market.
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using phone, personalized email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
Create and manage email sequences and targeted outreach campaigns.
Conduct outbound calls to introduce Assistly, understand initial interest, and engage prospects.
Write compelling, personalized outreach messages tailored to different buyer personas.
Follow up consistently and nurture prospects across multiple touchpoints.
Qualify initial interest and schedule qualified product demos for the Account Executive.
Re-engage older leads and prospects who have previously shown interest.
Maintain accurate prospecting activity, campaign results, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
Track outreach performance and continuously improve messaging, campaigns, and conversion rates.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for prospecting activity, engagement, qualified demos, and pipeline generation.





What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in B2B business development, SDR/BDR, outbound sales, or demand generation.
Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company strongly preferred.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Robust cold calling, email outreach, campaign execution, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
Ability to write effective prospecting emails and personalized sales messaging.
Experience with CRM, sales engagement, and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
Proactive, persistent, organized, and comfortable being measured against results.
Experience targeting U.S. customers is strongly preferred.
Senior living, assisted living, home care, healthcare, or HealthTech experience is a plus.
Must be comfortable working U.S. business hours/night shift from Hyderabad.
