ABIRIBA LIMITED is hiring: Tender, Bid & Proposal Manager
Location: Mumbai / Ranchi

Experience: 5–10 years
CTC: ₹9–14 LPA

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Management or related field.
Experience in tender/bid management is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor government and private-sector tenders.
Manage EOI, RFP, RFQ and tender documentation.
Coordinate technical and commercial inputs.
Prepare compliance matrices and submission checklists.
Coordinate consortium/JV/sub-consultant documentation where required.
Ensure timely submission of proposals.
Maintain tender database and bid calendar.
Analyse tender eligibility, scope, commercial terms and risks.

Ideal Candidate
Robust knowledge of government tenders, consultancy bids, RFPs, EOIs and technical proposals. Experience with architecture/engineering/urban-planning consultancy bids is highly desirable.
