Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur/ Noida.The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales of industrial cover and tarpaulin product lines, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with existing customers.



Daily activities include identifying prospective clients, conducting product presentations and negotiations, preparing quotations, and following up to close deals in line with company targets. The role involves coordinating with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries, customized solutions, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within industrial products, packaging, polymers, or related manufacturing sectors.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
