Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations across design, development, and marketing projects to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery. This full time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves coordinating cross-functional teams,



optimizing processes, managing resource allocation, and monitoring project progress against timelines and quality standards. The Operations Manager will implement and refine operational policies, maintain documentation, and use data to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement. The role includes collaborating with leadership on planning, budgeting, and capacity management, as well as supporting client servicing teams to meet project requirements and resolve operational issues. The Operations Manager will also help nurture a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and effective communication within the organization.
