Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller – Sales role based in Gurugram. The Caller – Sales professional will connect with prospective students and working professionals by phone, explain available management and distance education programs, and guide them through the admission process. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound and handling inbound calls, providing accurate information about courses and universities,
and following up with leads to ensure timely enrollment.
