- Lead & Opportunity Management - Quote Management - Product & Service Catalog - Order Capture & Order Entry - Order Decomposition - Order Fulfillment - Service Activation - Inventory & Resource Management - Billing Integration ✅ Design integrations between ServiceNow and Telecom BSS/OSS platforms. ✅ Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow development and implementation teams. ✅ Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and transformation initiatives. ✅ Drive automation, workflow optimization, and best practices across telecom operations.
