Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual clients,



understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable investment products and strategies. Daily activities include client acquisition, onboarding, and regular engagement through calls, meetings, and reviews to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. The role involves coordinating with internal research and product teams to deliver timely market insights, preparing and presenting investment proposals, and monitoring client portfolios for performance and risk. The Relationship Manager will also ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, maintain accurate records, and contribute to branch and channel growth targets.
Qualifications

Strong relationship management and client servicing abilities, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset classes, with the ability to interpret research and market trends.
