About The Role

The Team Lead is responsible for leading and developing a team of 10+ employees, with a robust focus on people development, wellbeing, talent management,



and succession planning. The role ensures effective service delivery through performance management, KPI governance, resource planning, compliance, and continuous process improvement. The Team Lead also acts as a key business partner, collaborating with global stakeholders to identify business needs, manage risks, drive operational excellence, and support strategic initiatives.
