We are looking for a Sales Executive who can communicate with customers on WhatsApp, understand their requirements, share quotations, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into sales.
Responsibilities
Reply to customer enquiries received on WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
Prepare and share quotations with customers
Follow up with interested leads
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain proper communication with customers until the sale is completed




Coordinate internally whenever required for pricing, availability, or other customer queries
Requirements
Positive communication skills
Must be able to speak and write in English
Comfortable communicating with customers over WhatsApp and phone calls
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Sales experience is preferred but not compulsory
Graduation is not required
Candidate must have their own laptop
Should be responsible, proactive, and comfortable with regular customer follow-ups
Work Location
First Month: Work from office in Kothrud, Pune
After First Month: Work from Home
Candidates must be available to work onsite in Kothrud during the first month for training and onboarding.
