About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Executive with experience in the shipping industry to join our growing team. The role will involve handling client and customer communication, coordinating shipping-related requirements, and ensuring smooth resolution of queries and operational concerns.



The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the shipping industry. You should be comfortable communicating with clients and customers and working in a fixed-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients and customers, addressing queries and providing timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling and movement of shipments.
- Manage customer requirements, follow-ups, documentation, and shipping-related queries.
- Handle and coordinate shipments involving hazardous/dangerous cargo, ensuring requirements are communicated accurately.
- Act as a point of contact for customers and ensure issues are followed up and resolved efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication regarding shipment status and operational updates.
